The Executive Board and the Foundation Board are responsible for directing the affairs of the foundation. The Elektror companies owned by the foundation are managed by the Managing Director and the Board. Through its Executive Board and Foundation Board, the foundation exercises its ownership rights in accordance with its charitable statutes.
